We are two friends with Thai-Swiss roots who met during our studies. Two cultures, two culinary worlds, and the perfect blend of sabai (chill, easy, good vibes) and Swiss precision.
What connects us?
🍜️ An unhealthy love for instant ramen (yes, we survived nights with it).
We both tested the "Ramen diet" during our studies... now we're making it healthier.
But at some point we thought:
Why aren't there any instant noodles that taste just as good as in Thailand – but with the nutritional values we want today?
High protein. Low calorie. Plant based.
A culture clash that actually makes sense for once.
So we started tinkering – between the stress of studying, lectures and far too much coffee – until AROI was born:
