Cancellation policy

We are confident in the quality of our products.
If you are not satisfied with the taste within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the purchase price.

1. Voluntary Service
The 30-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary additional service provided by Aroi Swiss GmbH and exists independently of statutory warranty rights.

2. Claim Period
The guarantee may be claimed within 30 days from the delivery date.

3. Conditions

• At least 4 out of 6 portions must remain unopened (or a comparable quantity depending on the package size).
• Consumed portions are permitted.
• The customer must submit the guarantee claim in writing via email or contact form.

4. Return Shipment

• The goods must be returned to the address specified by us.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the issue is due to our fault.

5. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the corresponding purchase price within 7–10 working days using the original payment method.
